SSS has its own residential training center at Kodalia, eastern side of the Tangail Bus terminal. The organization believes that training is one of the vital components in the development sector for enhancing skills and knowledge and to change the attitude of the people. SSS has been organizing different types of training courses for its staffs and beneficiaries as a continuous process round the year.

SSS acknowledges that once its staffs are well trained and well equipped with knowledge and skills, then its activities will expand much faster, furthermore, a well trained staff will be much more efficient. With this aim in view, SSS send its staffs to participate in different training courses inside the country and abroad. 

With a view to scaling up the skills and capacities of both the development workers and the target group members, SSS has established in 1995 a well-equipped training centre, known as SSS Training Centre, located at Kodalia in Tangail town.

While the target group members and grassroots level staff are mainly being trained at this center elevating their skills and level of confidence, the mid and upper level staff of the organization are sent to experienced specialized training institutes of both home and abroad.   

Thus improving the expertise, professional standard and behaviuoral pattern of all staff and members is the ultimate objective of the SSS Training Programme.
